Reading The 10X Rule

I slept 12 hours last night. I was completely exhausted. I keep pushing and pulling my schedule hours trying to find the right balance. Every week an event alters my schedule. I enjoy waking up early but every community event is in the evening (effectively past my early bedtime).

I really cannot complain. The situation is reality. I can adjust by changing my behavior. I can get up later. I can minimize or optimize my gym time. As Gary Vanyerchuck says, “the market is the market”. If I wish to participate in the community, I need to adapt to the conditions of the market. I am at a loss how people operate on sleep deficits. Maybe they have practice? Maybe they are always at 50-60%.
